A Happy Valentine's Day to Everyone

Here is a gentle reminder to show yourself a little love on this day, traditionally synonomous with the idea of LOVE. The artist said that she wrote this to remind herself, to help herself navigate through bumpy times in her life.  I love this kind of self-talk! 

So on this day, where some of you may be in the throws of romance, sentiment, hearts and flowers. Wine and roses. Others of you may be be wishing you were. Others may be largely indifferent, disinterested or quite anti the idea entirely. Either way, self-love and self-care will always prioritise YOU. It will never disappoint, never forget, never let you down...if you don't let it, of course 😉
